Alternative Art Portraits

Alternative printing methods have been around for over 100 years. I have experimented in the past with Daguerre types, Wet Collodion, Cyanotypes and Van Dyke techniques. This time I am printing with innovative methods using mylar, gel plates, hand made bark paper, wood, and instax photography. Each portrait is unique as both the printing and the transfers are unpredictable and beautifully imperfect.
